Chicago, Illinois - May 19th, 2008 - Editor Graham Metzger has joined the creative editorial roster at Hootenanny, the newly formed post-production company that opened in early spring at 211 East Grand Ave., Chicago. Metzger comes to Hootenanny after a 7 year tenure at Avenue, during which he worked on accounts such as McDonalds, Big Ten Network, Sears, Chase, and Berghoff Beer. In addition to his position as editor, Metzger will be taking on the role of designer on specific Hootenanny projects. "I'm looking forward to the structure of a smaller post house, where it allows us all to wear multiple hats," says Metzger. "It's great to bounce between editing and designing on a project, where I can react to the comments in the room instantaneously. And when I need to collaborate on a bigger project, I've got other artists ready to roll in-house to get the job done."

Metzger joins the Hootenanny editorial roster of editors Liz Tate and Jerem Sloan. "We're very happy to have Graham on staff," says Tate. "He brings a great comedic sensibility to the office, not only in his work, but on the staff." Rounding out the creative team at Hootenanny are Jim Annerino, Smoke Artist, and John Montgomery, Designer and VFX artist. Montgomery's web company, fxphd, also operates out of the 5000 square foot office space.

Hootenanny, LLC is a boutique post-production company offering SD & HD services in creative editorial, finishing, graphic design, and visual effects, Hootenanny was founded in 2008 by Jim Annerino and Liz Tate. The core business focus is commercial broadcast post-production across all media platforms including television, web, corporate video, and interactive media.
